A summary of what we offer and charges for 2009
Menus: -------------------------------------- Our menus for lunch and dinner events, including champagne and canapes (two glasses of champagne per guest) start from € 75 per head.
We offer superb informal buffet, gourmet barbeque, and a highly acclaimed nine course tasting menu. Individual menu charges subject to numbers of guests and event. Champagne Brunch, ideal for the “morning after” your event, from € 25 per guest Bar and Cellar: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We offer full bar facilities to guests including a selection of local draught beers and an extensive wine cellar. House wines from € 25. We do not allow corkage.
Live Music: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Classical quartet, harpist, opera, jazz quartet, swing band, R&B, blues, soul and traditional Irish groups can be arranged depending on your requirements. From € 800 to € 5,000 DJ: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To include professional DJ, sound equipment etc for a two hour session, from € 500 Fireworks: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A spectacular professional firework display over Oysterhaven Bay can be arranged. From € 1,500. Marquee: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For a marquee reception (up to 80 guests) we provide a luxury marquee, fully lined and carpeted, with dance floor, chandeliers, heating, tables with white linen and silver cutlery, and designer chair covers etc. Prices from € 2,000 Accommodation: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Our minimum booking for weddings and events is 2 days (including 2 nights) of the venue and old courtyard cottages, rooms and apartments, on an “exclusive private venue” basis. This means that the venue is entirely yours for the event, affording a unique relaxed privacy. Old courtyard sleeps 24.
The adjoining Oysterhaven Harbour courtyard of seven duplex apartments is available seperately. (Sleeps up to 28, each five star apartment has two double bedrooms, each en-suite)
